Ruby Rhod is one of my favorite characters in sci-fi ever because he is Luc Besson’s vision of the hetero sex symbol of the future: a flamboyant, emotionally labile man who wears skin-tight leopard print or decks himself in roses, a man who accessorizes with big jewelry and dabbles in cosmetics. And the ladies love him. Everything about him screams “gay” according to our stereotypes, but he’s portrayed as a 100% straight sexual dynamo.

Besson is one of the few directors I’ve seen who actually recognizes that our ideas of sexuality and gender performance might have changed drastically in the future.

Goddamn. This got me thinking about the impact that Bruce Springsteen has had on my life, and I gotta say it’s pretty big. His music was all I listened to for a very long time, and going to his concerts with my dad and brother are experiences that I will never forget. He’s a hell of a lot more than just a musician, in my opinion. And he’s a hell of a guy.

Mass Effect may not be my favorite game series ever, but good god. The music from the first game is one of the most powerful causes of nostalgia that I can think of. Except for the music from the Legend of Zelda games. That shit brings back memories.

I don’t even understand how their logic took them from “enjoys a relaxing and relatively simplistic game” to “has a psychiatric disorder that causes sexual interest towards children”. There’s not even an arguable bridge between those two statements, they’re on opposite sides of a fucking chasm.

This doesn’t even make sense to me because if they actually researched this game they would find that in order to play with other people on the wii, you have to give them a code and have them give them your code and you defiantly cannot send pictures of people through the wii system, are you guys like fucking stupid? Like seriously you can find other better ways of picking up kids that is not animal crossing, and FUCK YEAH I PLAY THIS GAME FUCK YOU
